The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 198 of 2025, under Sections 302, 201, I.P.C., Police Station-Jansath, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, the deceased was missing since 06.06.2024 and a missing report was also lodged by the father of the deceased on 08.06.2024; thereafter, the dead body of the deceased was recovered on 09.06.2024. Postmortem examination on the dead body of the deceased was conducted on 10.06.2024, and as per the postmortem report, the cause of death could not be ascertained; therefore, viscera was preserved and sent for chemica
