The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 371 of 2025, under Sections-103(1), 140(1), 238, 61(1) BNS, Police Station-Nonhara, District-Ghazipur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made against Amit Kumar, Pradeep Kumar and 8 unknown persons for chasing the deceased and forcibly abducting him and thereafter killing him with sharp edged weapon.
