Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 66 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 115(2) 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Reoti, District- Ballia. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the FIR was lodged against named accused persons including the applicant with allegation that they had assaulted the deceased as well as first informant over the dispute of establishing a vegetable shop. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that general allegations have been made against four persons though as per post mortem report, the deceased received only one contusion on head, which was found to be fatal.
