The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime no.58 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Babrala, District Sambhal. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. A general role of assault has been assigned in the First Information Report. The injured, who are four in number, have not received any injury which may be considered to be dangerous to life. The applicants are in jail since 24.03.2026 and have no criminal antecedents. 4.
