The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime no.58 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Babrala, District Sambhal. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case due to previous enmity.
