The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.131 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2), 109(1) BNS, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case along with five other named accused persons. The applicant is in jail since 21.03.2026. In the First Information Report, the co-accused Gajendra @ Shetty, Mohan @ Jawaharlal and the applicant are said to have been armed with firearms and are said to have fired upon the injured, who are three in number.
