Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.265 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS (corresponding Sections 304B, 498A IPC) and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Atarra, District Banda, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been roped in the present matter. 4. He next submits, actually marriage of the applicant was solemnized with deceased about one and half year before and within one and half year of her marriage she conceived and thereafter she went under depression as she was not ready to accept motherhood and she insisted to abort her pregnancy but applicant and her family members were not ready
