Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.849 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(3) Β.Ν.S., Police Station-Kasganj, District-Kasganj. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as in the statement of first informant and her daughter, specific allegation of firing has been made against three persons including the applicant though post mortem report shows that the deceased received one fire arm injury. Subsequently independent witnesses Devendra and Prem Prakash made allegation that it was Anil, who had fired upon the deceased and on his pointing out, a country made pistol of .315 bore was also recovered.
