The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.06 of 2026, under Sections 109(1) BNS, Police Station Sadh, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The father of the applicant is said to have grazing his pigs in the fields of the injured and when the injured objected, the applicant, who is the son of the co-accused Ram Ashrey, is said to have assaulted the injured with a stick. He contends that a solitary injury has been found on the head of the injured.
