Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 16 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Khampar, District Deoria. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, an FIR was lodged with the allegation that three persons came on an Apache motorcycle at the dhaba of the first informant and, after taking lunch, instead of paying the money, they scolded the owner.
