Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 87 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Mangalpur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim, in her statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S., has clearly stated that she was being forced to marry against her wishes and that is why she left her house. The applicant never abducted the victim, and the victim was neither recovered from the possession of the applicant nor on his pointing out. The victim and the applicant had both appeared at police station to give their statements on their own free will.
