The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.410 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351(3), 109(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Soron, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 4.
