The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 042 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 131, 117 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kanth, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is a seventy-five year old man having no criminal antecedents.
