Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Shardool Agrahari, Advocate, who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant, and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 042 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 131, 117 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kanth, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is a seventy-five year old man having no criminal antecedents.
