The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.94 of 2026, under Sections 142, 143(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Gagalheri, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR that has been lodged contains a fictitious version. The applicant was never involved in the abduction of the victim. He further contends that the victim in her statement under Section 183 BNSS has not named the applicant. The applicant has no criminal antecedents and is in jail since 26.03.2026. 4.
