The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station-Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, on 17.01.2026 an FIR was lodged by Geeta against four persons including the present applicant under Sections 115(2), 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S. in relation to an incident dated 16.01.2026, followed by inquest of an unknown dead body on 23.01.2026 and postmortem of the deceased was conducted on the same day.
