The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 36 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution story, he received information at 10:33 a.m. on 15.01.2026 one boy fell down from the 19th floor of Paramount Apartment and died. Post mortem was conducted then the first informant after conducting preliminary investigation, lodged an FIR dated 15.01.2026 wherein he made allegation that deceased Manish was staying in flat no. 1919 alongwith Rishabh and one lady Badal Alias Kannu and thereafter because of misbehaving by Rishabh with the Badal Alias Kannu, sc
