The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 48 of 2026, under Sections 103 (1) and 61 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, an FIR was lodged by the uncle of the deceased making an allegation that the applicant was having an illicit relationship with the co-accused Rohit and for this reason the co-accused Omveer and Rohit took the deceased Neeraj to the agricultural field of Dorilal and murdered him there at the tubewell.
