The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station: Line Bazaar, District: Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, allegation has been made that the applicant along with the co-accused murdered the father of the first informant and thereafter threw his body near the drainage, which was recovered on 01.06.2025. 4.
