The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.273 of 2025, under Sections 119(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 117(2) BNS, Police Station Pilkhua, District Hapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. A petty dispute led to an incident in which the applicant was falsely implicated. The injured Deepanshu Kumar is said to have received seven injuries, of which two fractures were found on his hands, however, none of the injuries sustained by the injured were found to be dangerous to life.
