The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 153 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1) of BNS, Police Station-Hathgawan, District-Fatehpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that though the date of the incident is 03.05.2025 and the inquest was also conducted on 04.05.2025, on that date the first informant was present and signed the inquest report. Thereafter, the FIR was lodged after almost three months, making allegations against the present applicant on the basis of information received from the villagers and children.
