The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 579 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 109(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station-Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, in the statement of first informant as well as alleged eyewitness, he was foisted.
