The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2025, under Sections 87, 142, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Mirzapur, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the aunt (Khala) of the victim. She is said to have abducted the victim and then, along with her husband, forced her to work at her house and confined her, as mentioned in the statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S.
