The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 148 of 2026, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 117(2), 191(2), 131, 110, 118(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The two injured, namely Ravi Yadav and Vinod Yadav, have not sustained any injury which may be considered to be dangerous to life.
