It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is Peshkar in the Revenue Court and it is alleged that applicant has demanded Rs.25,000/- for mutation order. Learned counsel for applicant submits that it is the prosecution story that applicant has received the amount and has kept on the chair. It is submitted that the aforesaid aspect of the prosecution is not natural conduct, if any person has taken illegal gratification, he would not keep the same in open.
