The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 219 of 2026, under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Shikohabad, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim had left her house on her own will and is said to have reached the applicant's house as per her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S.
