The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 109(1) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been named in the First Information Report (FIR) along with four other accused persons. In the FIR, the applicant has been assigned the role of causing injury on the neck of the injured using a Darati.
