The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2026, under Sections 351(2), 352, 115(2), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Anoopshahr, District- Bulandshahr. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is although named in the F.I.R., no specific role has been given to him. The injured during investigation have filed their affidavits before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr, clearly denying the presence of the applicant at the place of incident.
