Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2026, under Section 191(2), 191(3) 190, 103 (1), 109(1), 61(2) B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station-Gandhi Park, District-Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that three named persons and one unknown person started firing indiscriminately upon the deceased as well as the injured, Prithvi Chauhan, and subsequently, the deceased succumbed to his firearm injuries.
