The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 525 of 2025, under Sections 191(3), 115(2), 352, 109(1), 103(1), 190 B.N.S., Police Station-Badagaon, District-Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR wherein allegations have been made, while the first informant along with another injured Ramu Yadav were returning home, then by mistake their motorcycle touched one of the accused who were standing over the road.
