Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 457 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5), 115(2), 140(1) BNS, Police Station- Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per prosecution story, the deceased was missing since 15.11.2025. Thereafter unknown body was recovered from open place on 21.11.2025. The inquest of the unclaimed body was conducted on 21.11.2025 and the post mortem examination was also conducted on 22.11.2025. As per post mortem report, cause of death is single firearm injury. Thereafter deceased was cremated on 25.11.2025 and police had lodged an FIR against unknown person on 28.11.2025. Thereaft
