The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail Case Crime No. 31 of 2026 under Section 3/5A/8 Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act, Police Station Holagarh, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 20.4.2026.
