The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Sessions Case No. 2842 of 2025, Case Crime No. 517 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D. P. Act, Police Station Gida, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation, he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
