The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections 143(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Fatehganj West, District- Bareilly. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has not been named in the F.I.R. and the victim has not been recovered from the possession or the pointing out of the applicant.
