The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections 143(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Fatehganj West, District- Bareilly. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has not been named in the F.I.R. and the victim has not been recovered from the possession or the pointing out of the applicant. The victim has not made any allegation against the applicant in her statement under Section 180 of BNSS and in the statement under Section 183 of BNSS, the applicant is said to have been assisting the primary accused Geeta, against whom the allegation is of forcibly getting the victim married to one accused Bablu, after taking her from
