The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2025, under Sections-115(2), 118(1), 352, 103(1) BNS, Police Station-Bita-2, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, the allegation has been made that the applicant along with the co-accused, after dispute over the price of certain goods with the deceased, went to his home and returned back with a lathi and started beating the deceased and the first informant Indrapal.
