The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 399 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Ganjdundwara, District Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but applicant never performed marriage with the deceased and actually deceased after taking divorce from her first husband started living with applicant in live-in-relationship. 4. He further submits, even during investigation when a specific query was made by the Investigating Officer to the informant of the case i.e. father of the deceased that what was the proof of marriage of the decease
