The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 403 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kasimabad, District Ghazipur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is however husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, actually marriage of deceased was solemnized with the applicant on 01.06.2025 and within five months of his marriage applicant was going to Dubai for his livelihood and in this regard his pass-port, viza and tickets were also ready but deceased was not ready to accompany the applicant and she denied to go with applicant and thereafter serious dispu
