The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2026, under Sections 87, 137(2), 143(4), 98 BNS and 11/12 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Soron, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 3.
