The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0019 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sikheda, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further argued, actually, deceased was shot tempered lady and on minor matrimonial issues she became hyper and on the date of incident, unfortunately, she hit by a cow and sustained some minor injuries and, therefore, she was under pain and thereafter on some matrimonial issues again she became hyper and in anger and rash, she committed suic
