Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard, Learned counsel for the applicant, Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 351(3), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Rampur Kharkhana, District- Deoria. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons, including the applicant and a general role has been given to all the accused in the F.I.R. The Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the similarly situated co-accused namely Deenbandhu Singh and Dhiraj Singh have been granted regular bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 1.8.2025 and 16.9.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail
