The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 353 of 2025, under Section 5(A)(1)/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 28.4.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ikram@Bholu who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court v
