The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Thana Bhawan, District- Shamli. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is in jail since 29.6.2015 and the minimum sentence, provided for the offence under Section 307 I.P.C., has already been served out by the applicant.
