The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No.629 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No.65 of 2025, under Sections 85, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 in Criminal Misc.
