The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2026, under Section 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Seohara, District Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially an F.I.R. was lodged on 02.02.2026 by the Sub-Inspector of Police against the co- accused, the deceased, and 15 other persons for scuffling and assaulting each other during the procession of Ravidas Jayanti.
