The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.318 of 2024, under Sections 65(1) B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kadar Chowk, District Budaun with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.1.2025 in Criminal Misc.
