The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0070 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 352, 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. (Old Section 307, 504, 323, 506 IPC), Police Station- Pawai, District- Azamgarh. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant along with other co-accused has been assigned a general role of assault, using blunt weapons on the injured which allegedly resulted in grievous injury to the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that later on in the statement of the injured, the head injury was stated to have been caused by the applicant, using an iron rod.
