The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Sections 110, 115(2), 351(3), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Pharenda, District- Maharajganj. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. General role has been given to the applicant and two other co-accused in the F.I.R.
