This application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 175 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2)(A), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Kakrauli, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Danish, the name of the applicant surfaced as an accused with the allegation that the applicant also accompanied him at the time of the killing of the deceased.
