Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 7 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Jewar, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as in the statement of witnesses specific allegation for causing injuries with iron rod has been made against co-accused Harvendra, who has been assigned motive to kill the deceased. It is further submitted that only role assigned assigned to the applicant is to help the co-accused Harvendra without making any specific allegation against her. However, co-accused Harvendra has been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.35670 of
