The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.76 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 87 Police Station- Kutubsher, District- Saharanpur. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim, who is stated to be 13 years of age, was not abducted by the applicant. No sexual offence has been alleged against the applicant. The victim in her statement claims to be in love with the applicant. She is said to have left her house in the company of the applicant. In her statement u/s 183 BNSS, a version different from the one setup in the statement u/s 180 BNSS has been given.
