This application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 057/2026, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station: Patiyali, Disrict- Kasganj. 3. As per the prosecution story, the FIR was lodged by the brother of the deceased after three days of the incident, wherein allegations have been made that the applicant along with three other co-accused persons have murdered the deceased. It was further mentioned in the FIR that the accused persons had quarrel with the deceased one day prior to the incident and that was also seen by Hamid and Anwar Khan. 4.
