The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2026, under Sections 87, 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Naseerpur, District- Firozabad. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has never abducted the victim. The victim as per her statement recorded under Sections 180 BNSS claims to have gone to Shikohabad and from Shikohabad to Sonipat, while on the way to give her exams of Class XII. She is said to have returned from Sonipat with the applicant. She also stated that she loves the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 29.03.2026. 4. The Learned A.G.A., on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for grant of bail, however, could not dispute
